ORDERS
At SG London, each piece is crafted with precision and care. Production timelines vary based on the design’s complexity. Our couture bridal pieces generally require 16 weeks or more, while formalwear typically takes 8 weeks or more for completion. On bespoke we require 85% upfront payment and 15% just before collection .
FAST-TRACK ORDERS
For clients requiring expedited service, SG London offers a fast-track option. Please note that:
• A full upfront payment, including the cost of the order and applicable delivery charges, is required at the time of placement to ensure timely dispatch.
• This policy applies unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
• Clients must provide proof of event date upon acceptance of the order.
Fast-track orders are defined as follows:
• Bridal Fast-Track: Delivery within 90 calendar days or less.
• Formal Fast-Track: Delivery within 60 calendar days or less.
DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and the delivery destination. An estimated quote will be shared closer to the dispatch date.
All shipments are sent FOB (Free on Board) — meaning ownership and risk transfer to the client once the product is handed over to the designated carrier.
• International deliveries are managed through DHL.
• UK deliveries are fulfilled via Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner.
Courier fees are subject to change at the courier’s discretion. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be the client’s responsibility.
